If you need a receipt for a past or future flight, all you need to do is access your emailed itinerary. Simply scroll down past the “Flights” section to the “Payment” section and click on your name. A new window will open displaying an eTicket receipt including itinerary details and payment/fare breakdown for your reservation.
If you no longer have your emailed itinerary, you may submit a request online via
Receipt Request. Please provide the traveler’s first and last name, flight date, email address
(may enter up to three) and confirmation number
(confirmation number consists of six (6) alpha letters).If you are a TrueBlue member and need future or past flight details, please
sign in to your TrueBlue account.
If you are a Mosaic customer who booked a reservation using TrueBlue points through 1-800-JETBLUE, you may
sign in to your TrueBlue account for receipt details.
